ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:


All of our products are hand crafted and made to order and will require a processing time of 3-5 business days. Larger Sized/Bulk Orders will require a 7-10 business day processing time. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for USPS/Carrier delivery. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS 

 

Due to the nature of our products, as well as for hygienic purposes, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. As we strive to maintain the highest level of customer service, if your order is damaged or defective please contact us immediately after you have received your order so we can resolve the issue. All refund requests are reviewed and handled on a case by case basis by our Management Team. Thank you.

 

SHIPPING POLICIES:

 -Large candle orders and/or bulk orders will arrive in multiple packages via carrier delivery. All tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment. 

-It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that packages are not left unattended on porches, side doors, mailrooms, etc..., after delivery by USPS/Carrier. Bakery Beauties Soap & Candle Co. is not responsible for replacing/refunding packages that have been lost or stolen after delivery by USPS/Carrier. Customers are given tracking numbers for packages the day orders are shipped out with the estimated day and time of delivery. Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive the package, thank you. 

-Confirmed packages that were "lost in transit" by USPS/Carrier:

We understand that from time to time some packages get lost in transit, through no fault of our own. Whether it's due to smaller sized packages or because it's during peak busy seasons for carriers, no worries...we are always here for our customers! Once we have verified the package has indeed been lost by the Carrier, we will promptly begin working on getting a replacement out to you. Unfortunately, the same processing times will apply to replacement orders, but we will work to get the order out asap and appreciate your patience! 

BRIDAL/BABY SHOWERS & BULK ORDER DISCOUNTS:

We proudly offer steep discounts for all bulk Candle orders and group parties. We do not offer this discount for our Bakery Body Products at this time. There is a 6 product per category minimum in order to qualify for the discount. You may mix and match the fragrances/designs that we offer within the same category for the discount. We can accommodate color themes for events within our product line up, as well as personalized labels for all products that apply. We do not accept custom designs at this time, and the personalization only applies to our current products. Please fill out the bulk order form and include your requested customizations, your contact information, and any questions you have. Once we have received your form you will receive your exclusive "bulk order discount code" to enter at checkout. 

Flat rate shipping is not offered on bulk orders and is determined based on zip code, size, and weight of the bulk order. (A 100 piece order would understandably cost more to ship than a 10 piece order)

Once the Bulk Order Form has been submitted, you will receive an itemized invoice that includes the discount code/discounted amount, as well as the taxes and shipping cost based on the package size and delivery address. You may proceed with checkout and pay through the secure checkout link. You will receive the emailed copy of the invoice as well as a physical packing slip in your order.

 

CANDLE CARE & SAFETY:

-Keep your candle wick trimmed to 1/4 of an inch at all times

-Keep your candle away from flammable materials and objects

-Keep your candle on a flat, fire resistant, heat safe surface

-Keep your candle away from children and pets

-It is recommended to burn candles for 1 hour or less at a time

-Please remove all plastic wrapping, drink candle umbrellas, and all other paper care cards prior to burning candles

-It is recommended to allow candles to continue the curing process for an additional 1 week after receiving your order for best & optimal scent performance

 

BAKERY DESSERT BODY & AROMATHERAPY BODY PRODUCTS:

 

Allergen Information-

All of our Bakery Body/Aromatherapy Body products contain tree nuts (including coconut), Natural Mica (titanium dioxide mineral), and skin safe fragrance. Our Lip Glazes contain Tree Nuts and Soy. If you have any allergies, it is strongly recommended to do a skin test on a very small, discreet area of skin first. If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult your physician. As with all allergies, it is always better to err on the side of caution. We do offer an allergen sensitive option for our Body Glaze and Body Brulee Soap products, as well as a fragrance free option for sensitive skin.

 

ANIMAL CRUELTY-

We do not test our products on animals.
